I'm >>30191442 not OP but while I'm indifferent to anthro someone looked up a recent thing on Derpibooru stats and found anthro had the most porn out of pony, humanized and EqG.

I understand the mods, they made it because anthro is mainly a porn thing and is rarely sfw. I do think however that most of the hate of anthro is due to the rules not saying that fits everyone but I bet it's like pony hate and global rule 15, if you removed it and we integrated slowly (not that we would) pony hate on 4chan would die within a few years.

All meming aside, there is a huge difference between anthro art like from the furry community and EqG and I say this as not a huge fan of EqG. Actual furry anthro shit often looks uncanny where a character will have an Adonis-like human body but with digitigrade legs and a complete dog head, it looks absolutely disgusting. Silly boys. Anthro is very subjective and it's definition is not uniformed. People have different perceptions on what it means.
For example some of the bipedal pony art, ponied up art, and some of the diamond dog art might be considered pushing into that territory. For some it might not.
But the whole "animal head" thing, which is wrong in this case since it doesn't really apply to most mlp anthro, isn't the only mandatory trait.
For example, on /aco/ thundercats couldn't be posted due to the rules they have in place there. Now that really doesn't hit off with what you two are saying.
