I think the season in general has been alright. It's hard to rank episodes since most of them are around the same 6/10 to 7/10 range.

I hate this being on top but everything was perfect except for the awful contrived power creep on Glimmer.

Amazing episode full of surprises. Only marred by the plot of Pinkie being annoying affecting the audience instead of just the characters.

Looks at Twilight from the perspective of a teacher, something I wanted in season 6.

Vincent Tong made Featherbangs incredibly likeable.

Fluttershy breezes through the plot with no conflicts at all. It was a good idea in its inception though. I like that the vet from season 2 is back.

I don't use the words flanderized and OOC often, but this one deserves it. Just a shitty sitcom episode written without even a basic understanding of the characters. Shame that Photo Finish and those cute new ponies had to appear in this garbage.

It's sounds like a generic sitcom plot like Honest Apple and it also centers around Rarity. Typically story editors designate less experienced writers to write the same characters multiple times. I think it'll be better than Honest Apple though. Honest Apple could have only worked with a very experienced writer who knew what they were doing, it was a bad idea to begin with.

Rock Solid Friendship is a top 10 episode to me. I liked everything about it, even Pinkie who totally in character goes overboard at the prospect of living close to her favorite person in the world.
