What kind of crack are you guys smoking? If they established at the very onset of the show that bovines, sheep, and other hooved animals can speak, odds are good the writers who wrote Fluttershy Leans In fucked up when they wrote deer and giraffe to not be able to speak.

We're talking about an episode that established there is a vet, and Fluttershy won't even independently treat a sprain. In other words, the episode the went back on pretty much everything we knew about Fluttershy's interactions with the animals. I'm sure these guys weren't bothered by anything like the continuity of whether sheep have their own society in the White Tail Woods or whatever.
