Now, take the Medigun and some spare iron. Use the gun to disassemble the barrel, using only the internal workings on the inside of the Left Arm. How will it fit, you ask? Why, we're going to hollow it out. All the circuitry will be connected to the inner shell, pointing towards the center. Holes will be made on the outer shell for-- you guessed it-- dual turbines in each hole, creating the ever beloved self-powering method as always.
Now, the circuitry, when powered, will generate electricity through coils and use it to power the internals as well. When fuel is deposited, it will be able to harness and fire it in the form of healing sparks. Even better, when the job is done, the fuel can be disabled and it also works as a simple ranged electric gauntlet/arm cannon.
Now for the two DLCs that I promised to make for the old Medigun; when the utility is powered, a portion of that power will go to a portable Defibrillator on the side of the cannon's barrel. Alright, we're on a roll here. Take the Sickle now, using the Old Man's Wooden Trident to improve it. The iron and various scrap metals can be used to form another thin iron rod protruding from the handle, covered in the wooden grip to have an internal charge. The blade itself will be combined with the IMI Desert Eagle XIX to form a straighter, sharpened curve blade, used to pierce, slash, and fucking bludgeon if need be.
Now, take the TV Remote and scrap the insides for Electronic Parts. Use the casing to form, you fucking guessed it, more dual turbines to run the pegs. The wires, used from my own slivers of iron, will connect to the inside, traveling to the end and creating a powerful electrical shock with every hit. This also makes the weapon immune to electric attacks, instead using the raw power to make the item stronger than fuck.

This item will then be called the Shellshock Scythe. Try to say that ten times fast.
