I think herding and a monogamous relationships in these stories are complete and utter wish fulfillment but especially herding. That doesn't mean some stories done completely ridiculously and with humor purely in mind are bad, but otherwise they're crap stories.

I write for me. I enjoy writing this herd story. When the mood strikes me, I really enjoy writing for SiM. I've got half a dozen other projects I work on from time to time. And maybe they are all wish fulfillment. I'm okay with that, because after all, I write because I enjoy it.

If you think they're crap, you don't have to be here. No one is forcing you to come here, or read what I write (or what anyone else writes). I'm sure there are lots of other generals you could lurk instead.

This is a thread in which we explore such topics as forced marriage/polygamy, casual/public sex, Estrus(or "Heat"), and town bicycle scenarios, all of which typically feature a lucky(if not from his point of view then at least from ours) anon who has found himself in an Equestria with strange legal practices. The most common of these practices is the legal structure of a "Herd", a polygamous relationship between any number of mares and one or more stallions with the head stallion having chief authority over the herd, which may be shared with his "Alpha Mare". These structures can change from story to story, with the legal implications, commonality of herds, or any other small changes a writer wants to include for their take on the concept.

The stories you will find here may include any and all of these scenarios, and none of them are strictly mandatory so long as the story is in keeping with the general theme; for example, while many of our writefags have chosen to incorporate the herding theme, not all incorporate the casual sex theme.

We're a relatively new thread so going forward the thread will decide how these topics may be refined and change so that we move in a direction that suits us as a whole.
