Thank you anon, and check'em. I've never been able to completely grasp control my dreams, but that does not mean I should stop trying to. My most coveted and savored dreams are ones of flight, though they become more rare as time goes on. If it is probably not food, what could it be?

There's a lot of different reasons for nightmares. I'm not really an expert on these but there's a good chance that something is bothering you or maybe you're stressed out even without realising it. Is something on your mind perhaps?
I haven't got a bad dream in years so I can't really pinpoint what can cause it. Most I get is insectofobia dreams with some shithead wasps and bugs chasing me but those barely qualify as nightmares. I haven't got really good dreams either. And never in my life about ponies.
