As a American I can confirm our education system is completely garbage. We get taught a slight bit about ww1 and 2 but then we just keep relearning shit about the civil war and even that is funneled like a mother fucker. Most of our teachers are dumb as fuck and get angry if you so much as correct spelling. Then there is the fact that a kid can just fail more than once and get pushed through anyway.
