Yeah, completely agree, and have openly admitted it in the past. Problem is that editing it to chop things down would be a nightmare, since by this point I've had to run with it for the rest of the story. At best I now know what not to do and at worst will go the complete opposite end of the spectrum and gloss over most of the school days.

As for the latter, I went back and saw what you meant. Did a little bit of tweaking to AJ's dialogue to better fit with her accent, which is probably one of the few times I felt justified in retroactively editing something.

I do like Tyrion, and his POV chapters are probably the best, but I'd probably have to go with Littlefinger, because Tywin and Oberyn Martell both died like chumps. If Rhaegar Targaryen were featured, he'd probably be cool, but his purpose seems to be served only by being dead as well.
