Yeah, I think like that too, but then I remember that Sunset was only given a chance to shine in the first place because it was a spin-off. Starlight would never be included in the show if the same concept wasn't proven successful in EqG, Hasbro wouldn't have allowed it. The show would continue to focus on the M6 only. And then I ask, why not just include Sunset in the show instead of bothering to create a new character? The "keeping separate" excuse is bullshit, they could easily introduce her as if she was a new character, without mentioning EqG. Doing this would automatically make EqG unambiguosly non-canon. I guess they want to keep it separate, but still included within the show continuity.
