What kills the board is that there are people on the extreme ends. Those eating whatever shit the show produces and asking for more now matter how bad things may degrade because they cannot sate their fix for pony, and those who's disgust for what has become of the series to drive them into expressing their ire at every opportunity.

The changes the series has experienced has created many different divides. The board has segregated themselves over it, its own happenings, and Generals.

We just cant agree respectably with each other anymore.

You can say that you don't like monster movies in general, but if you say that an individual monster movie you've never watched is bad, you probably form your opinions too quickly. For example, I have a friend who doesn't like superhero movies or Benedict Cumberbatch, but he did like Dr. Strange. I'm sure he would have expected not to if he hadn't given it a chance.

On top of that, the presentation of an MLP episode is very difficult to predict. Some of my favorite episodes are ones I expected not to like. With those two factors taken into consideration, I'm not going to respect the opinion of anyone who speaks negatively or positively with confidence toward an episode they have yet to watch.
