Actually it's pretty logical.
The original template for Twilight's magic was imprinted on Sunset and the alternate reality 5 in EQG when Sunset used the Element of Magic. After that it left a stable link to that magic that they could call upon. Sci-Twi's device was able to extract that magic from them and recompile it into it's original form. And since Sci-Twi is an exact genetic copy of Princess Twilight, it would be logical for said magic to imbue her with the same form as the aforementioned princess. And while it was used improperly the first time, resulting in a corrupted transformation, it did leave an imprint on Sci-Twi letting her achieve the same alicorn form as Twilight. So think of it less like being worthy of Princesshood and more like having the genetic template as a Princess. It especially makes sense considering Sci-Twi achieved this form through a scientific method rather than a magical one.
Or maybe alternate reality versions of ponies also get wings when their pony selves get wings. Who knows?

It's literally canon that Sunset, Twilight, and the m5 released magic into the world at the Fall Formal.
It's why the new elements of harmony exist and why nobody besides them get horse powers; this was explained in the last movie.
The only explanation as to why human Twilight is an alicorn is either because she's using Princess Twiggly's magic or the transformation affects alternate universe counterparts.

I also don't know why you're so obviously butthurt by Shimmerfags, but that's not even close to relevant nor an actual argument against the post's claims
