People keep fucking with /sun/ for the salt. It's part of why it's not even an image dump anymore, just pure shit. It's not the lack of traffic that killed us, it's them (and those who get mad, but that's another story). That's what I was referring to earlier, about what people being here for longer than a year should know. Look in the archives and see for yourself if you don't believe me. Even as a dead thread, you could say we were fine. We were comfy, we got occasional stories, prompts, we talked about our hopes and dreams for her, now look at the shithole we've become.
"Fake" threads are not the problem. People not caring are. And they don't care because they know threads will be shit no matter what. That's why I don't blame the so called "zealots". I don't care if they're assholes, at least they rage for a reason, they rage because they'd want things as they were, when even as these fucking threads reached 500 posts in one day, everyone waited and was hyped for the next Sunday, to have yet another good thread. Not because it was a particular day of the week, but because it gave us something to look forward to, it gave us something to be excited about. Can you honestly say you're excited now? All these people who keep saying they don't care if it's Friday or Tuesday, they're doing just that: not caring. That's why, as I said in my first post, I really don't think they've been around for longer than a year. The general consensus was too different then for me to believe I'm talking to the same people, for the most part.
And to answer your question in the previous post about what I'm waiting for, I don't really know. For these threads to die, probably, because there's nothing left to salvage here. Or maybe for those people to die, so we can go back to being a dead, but at least comfy thread. If it's even possible, I don't know. Only time will tell.
