Vice president, S7 writer, apparently not writing for S8, and wrote the script or characters for the movie.

I find some of the character designs in the movie objectionable if he had anything to do with that (namely, the anthro cat), but something like that was probably bound to happen anyway given the state of animated movies these days.

As a writer I find nothing wrong with him; he cancels out Haber when he coauthors with him and 2/3 of the episodes he individually wrote are quality.

Some autist spent a week posting thread after thread about how Vogel is directly responsible for everything he hates about the show, like Lauren quitting, Cadance getting wings, and the episodes Lesson Zero, Luna Eclipsed, and Best Night Ever.
