1. Previous thread had a lot of bumps and few prompts
2. Prompts often were ignored, without any replies.

Maybe, if you want this thread to be better, you should comment prompts a bit more to encourage content posting?
I'm not even talking about sucking their dicks - pointing out why prompts are shitty and you don't want to turn them into a story would work as well.
