I imagine they don't have a society, per-say. Each dragon is expected to maintain their own territory, and the only time they get together is for mating season.

I've always equated them to vikings for some reason.

They're probably nomadic, though there might be small settlements around gem mines. There's also probably a home/holy ground that all dragons recognize as theirs.

What sort of personalities should we give the other dragons? Garble, Spike, and Ember all seem to have an established one from the show, while Fizzle has one from the fandom. Do you think we should speculate on other dragons like Crackle, or Basil, or that huge green dragon?

Dragons are too often used as "super amazing Coolstown residents who live for hundreds of years, are super smart, have special powers, and are overall great at everything". Basically often dragons are often the Mary Sues of the fantasy world (when they are the protagonists).
