Will you manage to bring harmony and passion back in those desolate lands, while looking for That Rare Flower, before your customer's daughter's wedding?

That sounds like the kind of plot that would make a nice chapter of Bard Quest, or maybe a sub-plot for AtO or TNL.

To add on to my answer.

If I do run anything again it'll preferably be another quest where the main character has a personality of their own as King Shamrock was really fun to write.

Now onto King's Quest, seeing as it will probably never be properly finished I may as well spill the beans for those that care as to how it would end and where it was going ect.
Alright, so here you go.

So basically you would have rallied up the kingdom to start a rebellion against Veneficus' shitty dictatorship. You'd slowly reclaim the kingdom before finally returning to the capitol for the final battle. Backed into a corner and with no further options he decides to complete the ritual and summon Equus Malum anyway. Now at this point in time depending on your choices Astral would have either lived or died and depending on that this would play out differently. So basically, if Astral was still at your side and alive Equus would be summoned but in a very weakened state as the ritual could not be fully complete without a sacrifice of royal blood. Battle ensues, (>Magic McGuffin sword check.) Or atleast depending on whether Equus was fully summoned or not. If not you can just rek him with a regular sword, no need for the magic mcguffin.

Veneficus is either slain or dies from the incomplete ritual destroying his body as Equus uses him as a host (probably shoulda mentioned that earlier.)

And that's about it, you save the kingdom and everything about wraps up. The ending would also have either been happy or bittersweet depending on your choices.
