Andy Price is the best artist working on the comics since issue #1. He's the MVP not only for that, but he's basically the reason we have these comics at all. He convinced Hasbro not to just cheap out and use episode screencaps for everything.

Sara Richard's art is beautiful (pic related), but she only does covers normally. It might have to do with her style just taking too long for 22 whole pages. She has done some bonus pages in some issues.

Tony Fleecs' art is ok (see OP image). It used to be worse, but he's been improving. The biggest change is when he let the MLP colorist Heather Breckel handle his work instead of doing it all himself.
