I don't know, Luna said it was beyond even her and Celestia's own understanding, so I thought this was going to be built up into a story arc but it never happened. Certainly the first born Alicorn would make Flurry Heart have her own unique complications that need to be worked out, but unless if we get a time jump that's probably never going to happen.
