The movie is going to be a mainstream blockbuster aimed at a general audience, many of whom probably have never seen the show before. Featuring a character with a fairly in-depth backstory that needs to be known to understand the character would either bog down the movie as they try to explain it all or leave newcomers confused or feeling like they're missing something due to not knowing who she is. Pretty much no one besides the Mane 6 and some new characters are going to be in it so using that as proof that the creators hate her is a bit stupid.

All characters were created by someone and it seems like you're making Haber out as being some boogeyman that is responsible for everything in the show you hate because it's convenient to focus all your disdain on to one easy target rather then understanding how things actually work.

You kinda missed some major plot points. They all believed her but rebelled when they realized she was lying to them and also wrong in thinking that you needed to be equal to be friends. They wouldn't have done it when she was in charge and they've all moved on from the idea.
