Rarity, Dash and Aj were kind of 'meh" in S6. Twilight and Pinkie mostly ignored. Only Fluttershy improved while Spike, Discord, Trixie and Glimmer got more focus.

Of course it wasn't "good", it was great. I'm a Dashfag and that episode made me appreciate Rarity much more. It's definitely one of my all-time favorites.
