Watch the last two episodes of season six. I highly recommend it. You'll see why we love the show so much. In the beginning, seasons 1, 2, etc. we're designed for little children. So don't watch it and click off cause its childish. We know, and agree.

MLP used to be a fetish board with a bit of pink, then the fetish and anthrofur really took over.
Then it turned into a semi nazi board (With Aryanne RPs and raids on bronies)
Mods handled it the best they could and started to do some cleaning.
I wouldn't say this is really a pink board, as some people expect from this community but it's pretty much safer.
just read the rules and if you see porn or anthro ponies ( ponies with hands) report them. If you see trolls launching personal attacks on members of the fandom (Tumblr or Twitter) it is also against the rules, don't take a part in it.

Otherwise I have to say I have been bullied for years in school, for being a bit different, and this place made me more comfortable and trusty about myself.

I was under the impression that this board was basically destroyed years ago, and that what we have now is a shell of the former /mlp/. Even though I never experience it, I'd love to see this board return to those times. Seems like far more fun was had back then.
