There's lots of things wrong, no doubt. But pic related is the most important habit to break.

Get out of drawing with short stabs at the paper, make your lines long and smooth.

If you're moving the pencil with your wrist try instead drawing with your elbow

Draw it all out first, separate parts by color and body part by putting like the legs and arms on separate layers, for example, pick a light source, highlight/shade, do NOT highlight with white (use like a light yellow or light blue) and do NOT shade with black on parts with color (ie not black nor white parts), blend your ass off, and just be patient because it's going to take a while. I did a quick paint-over on your hair to show you a more realistic texture, hope you don't mind

Draw on a larger canvas. It makes it easier to do thin lineart.. Or you could just practice line weight and learn to like your thick lineart. It has more personality imo.

Thats the one that I have, I have the medium one and it is quite large. I really love it. The pen comes with different tips. the buttons are easy to use. Easy to install but the best thing is its size not too big and not too small it is a great tablet. Hope that helped
