I can see where you're going with that, and it does work, but not everyone is familiar with modulus operators, though you can easily perform said operation of with a google search.
The odds aren't even with this method though (Seasons 1-3 have double representation with numbers rolled 1-9 since 7 8 9 roll back to 1 2 and 3 without completing the loop., even more for 1 if you count 0), of course the other method isn't even either since the highest seed isn't a multiple of 143.

This is making me want to write code for this, not sure how to make it easily accessible to everyone though, especially if it were to automatically read your post number.

Well if you make 0 = sleep and start counting from 1 then rolling between two seasons with 7-9 works just fine since adding in seasons 4-6 in 7-9 fix the double rep for 1-3 , but I'm totally cool with just removing season 3 instead.
