My head canon was a mare, smaller to normal scale rather than royal alicorn or anon's size and that Grim would be even larger than Anon, colored pale like death's horse and equipment would probably be tailoring scissors to cut the last threads that are binding the pony spirit to their life and then probably niceties in her saddlebags to pass the time as she escorts her new charge.

I just like the idea that she would be utterly ill equipped to handle anon needing to be reaped and drawn away from his life instead of coming willingly.

If you liked this, tell me, should the story be more serious or more relaxed? Typical greentext, or descriptive greentext? This isn't the beginning of the story, I think this will just be a piece from when Anon is dead.

I feel like you did a very good job showing us how spooky/eerie this place is, and how Anon is lost and maybe lonely in here.

Its hard for me to say if you should keep this style of change it, not sure how serious you want your dialogues and characters to be. I think you could try to lighten the narrative by making dialogues and characters calm and comforting.

I like this style, but having whole green like this all the time could get tiring fast, I feel. Balance tones to not over-saturate readers with just one thing.
