Does anyone have any recent or long-term stats about /mlp/? 'cause I think the fandom is finally dying but I don't have any data to back it up.
That's cuz there is no data to back it up. We're still alive

The bandwagon has died out. The real fandom is perfectly stable.
>OP starts to feel removed from the fandom
>It's dying!

Activity has been consistently dropping since 2013.

>>28815025
It's literally the lowest on record it's ever been

Yeah cuz the hype fags are gone the people that are left are the hardened core of the fandom
Say what you want but you'll have atleast 400people + here who post shit and keep the autism up
We have 100+ autist who signed up for the secret Santa exchange, tell me, ain't this awesome?

The graph should account for the post-timer extension responsible for the main drop in post counts.

Why are you always thinking /mlp/ represents in any way today's reality?
/mlp/ is slowly tanking because it's not the main source of new people for the fandom anymore.
It fulfilled its role by kickstarting the early fandom.
Now it's up to the normies to spread the magic of friendship

Literally this
>>28815536
>>28815551
Agree, we might be nit as strong as we used to be but te core is still there
>>28815551
>>28815565
Of course, we would have more people lurking here if Seth wasn't constantly saying "4chan is evil" on EQD
>>28815536
It doesn't help that the moderation has actively worked to shut down a lot of content threads because they're interpreted as "roleplaying" or "not show related". We could be let alone to have fun and create stuff, but we keep being told we're doing it wrong, so people are leaving for places that don't act like nannies.
