I've always had my own illusions defending myself. First being: "It's my own hobbit and how does it affect somebodys life.. etc". Then I realized what's wrong is still wrong even if nobody else discovers it. Then there came the next defending illusions, people define themselves what is "wrong and right". What about watching a show could be wrong? The fact it's really aimed towards little children and if you don't realize what you are doing is literally pathetic then you haven't grown enough mentally or have ignored the fact. To defend myself subconsciously I became overly self-aware about what I was doing. There were always excuses. In reality it's pathetic, you are on kid's level to enjoy it and you do it in your own delusions. But who am I to judge when I used to be in the same boat, but I feel like I've grown out of it, and I think that most people do in 2-3 years after joining the fuckfest.

I stopped watching during Season 2, but I read fanfiction and look at fanart compulsively, go figure.

So, what else will you go do? Go out, watch new movies, read new books, meet new people? I'm doubtful, but even if you did, it's worthless anyway. You really think that anything out there is better? Virtually every single popular thing out right now is about just as enriching, thought provoking, or character building. It's all dumb fun. All meaningless. Stay or leave, it's all worthless in the end. Have fun.

Mostly yes, but I don't feel like I'm "hiding a great secret". It's just a shitty cartoon. I can't watch some newer episodes at all, they are either completely boring or cringe inducing.

The porn however ruined me forever. Humans are a big turn off for me (especially low budget porn with autistic dialogues) and I no longer see anything wrong with it.

I probably would have jumped off the ride years ago if it wasn't for AiE and random story arcs faggots write about. The show pretty much just gives us a universe to escape from reality in. There's many like it Azeroth being the first that comes to my mind and there'll always be new ones created every year whether it be through vidya, TV, movie, ect.
