Haven't seen much of Pia-Sama's work so I'm going through the tag. It's not terrible art, but one thing that's a pet-peeve of mine is realistically drawn and shaded bodies on cartoonish faces/heads. Drawing directly from a reference isn't bad but then it'll look disconnected when you mix it with the cartoon style of EQG or generic anime faces.
