Do a bunch of things with ponies to get friendship with them all and by gaining closer bonds you can unlock secret endings that could be or not be lewd of you can get them as in so hard that normal kiddies would ever be able to get to it, or at least spend an ungodly amount of hours into Sinking the time for a waifu

I make a family friendly 3d platformer in the style of classic Spyro games with a story written by Larson and gameplay elements based around friendship (such as making friends with NPCs unlocking items and power-ups). The game would have an ensemble cast (probably the Mane 6) with an open world full of NPCs you could befriend. Gameplay would involve switching between characters to solve puzzles and get past obstacles using the unique talents of each character.

In addition the game would have an online mode similar to GTA Online where you create an OC and go into a completely open world equestria and play with people online to make real friends and do quests together as well as playing minigames and other fun stuff together. In online you could earn money and buy a house and clothes and stuff.

Sound like fun?

Wouldn't Ponka be Tracer?

It would need to have a choice of what tribe to play as so 2d platformers are right out and a 3d action adventure would be really tricky to pull off.
Cant be an rts because theres nothing to make it worth being a pony game.
Kingdom sim cant really work because aside from preventing war the place largly seems to run itself.
A racing game would have the same problem as the rts

I think the best choice would be a dungeon delving roguelike. You would just have to work out how to deal with flight

Then looking at our budget and that this is supposed to be definitive you would put a lot of above ground supplementary activities. you want them mostly unrelated to the dungeon delve for those who are only interested in the above ground stuff with an audience of mostly little girls you want to hook the 10% or so that just want the less action packed stuff. But still have some connection to the dungeon in the sense of being useful for the dungeon and a small handful of things you need to dungeon delve to do for those interested in such things.

Since its got above ground stuff we will give it a nice wide world with lots of dungeons some premade dungeons with quests and stuff and others traditional randomised levels.
Persistent floors but an option to reset a dungeon and regenerate with maybe a few that always regen on every floor.

Im probably almost out of space so i will write up some more in a later post.

For above ground stuff theres the obvious farming of course thats piss easy to implement and you can make it a little more involved with certain crops such as zapapples.

You will want an optional town building feature so you will need to decide what ponys will be moving into the town if the player decides to do so. Prehapes start it off with a quest to get the train running to the site of your new settlement (maybe having to gather materials for the tracks yourself i will have to think on that one)

Traveling trixie for a bit of flavour on the overworld.

There will need to be a decent chunk of interactions with the main show characters and probably at least one conversation with each horse that has had a speaking role

Seasons so you can visit ponyvile for winter wrap up.
In fact make that the tutorial helping with various winter wrap up problems.

Hardest part behind dungeon and stat design will be talents.
Straight magic as a tallent would easily be to powerful so we have to have a lot of speciltys there with the ability to cast some low level spells of other sorts.

For the pegasi and earth ponys its gonna be hard to find various talents that will auctualy affect the game.

Maybe just have everybodys talent be adventure but then that does not work with those who decided not to adventure
