Only one of us, huh? Can't really say who would win in that fight. You bet your ass there would be factions though. Everyone who does fight will be hacking and slashing at the compatition to get their one true waifu it's only natural to team up for the same cause. Well, if we've already established that one person will get the entire waifu, it seems like the obvious solution is to negotiate a trust organization to establish a waifu auction.
Elect a representative and allow him to "win" the waifu.
Afterward, he has two options: auction off the rights to waifu as agreed and make dosh, or stab everyone in the back and keep all the waifu to himself for a few minutes until he's beaten to death.
