I love them. Especially the first one. Thanks to having pretty much zero relation to the community (save for fan-created stuff) by the time I've watched the first EQG, I've built my own opinion on it and I loved it.
I'm still seeing it as a love-letter from the crew to the fandom with all those shout-outs, references, a nostalgic "first meeting" recreation, finally some choreography and several outstanding songs. If anything, EQG had too little time to tell the story it tried to tell. Nevertheless, I had considered it as a decent story, considering the time frame it was fit int.
