It's been probably over a half a year since I worked on this. Team roster is out of date and only >1 star. If I got time, I'll update it by FT3.

Apparel is crafted at a chem station under "Utilities". From there make your way to an armor workbench to choose your player number (for a bandana its design).

I also included some 4cc themed settlement flags and billboard ads.
