Tomorrow is the beginning of No-Cloptober. Rules are:
1. No clopping. Fapping to things not pony is OK, but you risk accidentally thinking of ponies and if you do and it's an immediate disqualification.
2. No looking at plot. We won't fault you for seeing plot posted in inappropriate places but stay off Derpibooru and hide your flash drives. Hands free edging is a disqualification.

As someone who has done this last year I'll do it again, but change all the silly rules to just no masturbation or edging at all. No masturbation for a month is a tough challenge that is all in the mind, being able to say that you did it is a great testament to your willpower. I didn't experience any real benefits other than slightly more free time, so I really recommend you treat it as just a challenge of willpower and nothing more; no health related concerns should make you feel like you have to do it in order to not become addicted to porn or some fap shaming bullshit.
