Twilight's ascension was rushed, among other choices there as well, but none of it was bad. Also, going by the rules, getting rid of that would mean Twilight still gets a castle and wings; it's her ascension into an alicorn, not her being an alicorn.

Personally I wouldn't get rid of anything, as nothing was bad.

Anyways, Twilight's ascension gets my vote. Candy ass might have been forced as shit, but at least she has a very small footprint on the series at large. Season 4 and onward made it clear that they weren't ready to deal with Twilight as an alicorn.

EqG being a close second. I honestly think it might be one of the worst spinoff series I've ever seen. Having said that, it still has zero effect on the show at large, so it's relatively harmless. Shimmerfags are completely awful, though.
