As a writefag, greentexts are creative masturbation. There's no pressure to have the best prose and there's no pressure to finish any of the stories you begin. Just type up a scenario and you're good to go. Quick, fulfilling, and dirty.

I just wished people told me how good I was as a writefag. I know, it's shameless of me, but I want to know if I'm giving people good quality green. I only ask if I'm doing well, but never get any incredible praise. I see people then read another writefag's whose green are mediocre at best, then wonder if I'm on the same level as them.

And when I'm not able to write, I try to tell them so they don't think I'm making shit up. However, they then say shit like I'm an attention-whore because I'm not doing enough green--when what I mostly talk about is the green itself and how to go about it.

Everything i do in the green is for me as much as it is for them, but I'm wondering if I should even bother. I've spent hours writing greens, have prewritten greens waiting to be posted for when the right thread comes up, but I feel like I'm always disappointing the readers.

I think the problem lies with not only how us writefags go about things, but by how brutal the readers are at times, constantly going "MOAR" or "Such and Such is dead" and wanting nothing but sex in a story, lacking the emotional involvement that the characters have during intercourse.

I have this huge green I've been working on for almost a year now, haven written much more of it in a while, but I'm not sure if people even would want to because of my name alone as a writefag.

Believe me, I sometimes want to go back and finish my incompleted greens, but the way people then react to it makes the story hard to go back to-it's no longer your baby, it's a messed up child. That's the hard part for me. It's hard to grant everyone what they want, and it becomes a nightmare. Eventually, this >>28482467 starts to happen, and you become too scared to write more.

How the fuck do I deal with this madness as a writefag?
