This reminds me of a fanfic I read that explored a universe created when Starlight was fucking with the timeline in which Sunset never went to CHS, stayed in Canterlot, became the element of magic and Dr Hooves became the element of loyalty, Derpy became the element of kindness, Cheese Sandwich became the element of Laughter and Rarity and AJ were still their respective elements. It was quite a good read.
