I like season 6 a lot more than season 3

I was actually surprised how many episodes from 4 I flat out hated when I thought about it. I think like 4 out of 6 of my worst eps for each Mane 6 are from it.

I find it really funny when the people who defend this abortion of a season say that season 1 is shit. So, essentially that confirms that this season is targeted at the people who started watching the show, DIDN'T LIKE IT, but they keep on watching it just to belong to a fandom or God knows why. No wonder why it's cancer for many people who actually liked this show.

Doesn't confirm anything. Many new things are interesting and exciting, the same way children like shit like dora and barney, yet as adults or teenagers they would rather not watch those at all.

Season 1 was exactly that. At first it's interesting, you watch it to be hooked, then on the 2nd run you see everything wrong with the show. The forced friendship lessons, the terrible voice acting, cheesy plot, etc. All that was worked away after Season 2 ended and the show became less cringe over all and evolved from the "7 year old girl, friendship show" to the "10 year old pony show."

First two seasons are bad compared to the newest 3.

Id place 5 above 1 myself, the first half on one in particular is really shaky compared to the second.

2 and 5 are probably the best of the series, 1- and 6 are fine 3 and 4 are the weakest (though they have their moments for sure)

Why do people hold 4 so highly? sure there was stuff like Pinkie Pride and Twilight's Kingdom in there, but there was also stuff like Rainbow Falls and Somepony to Watch Over me which IMO is worse than pretty much anything else from any other season (save maybe a couple of Spike episodes)

Rainbow Falls flanderizes basically the entire cast, turns the Wonderbolts into massive jerks for no reason, is the pinnacle of boring Expositional friendship lecturer Twilight of S4 and just generally makes it's main character look bad to top it all off. Nothing in the episode works.
