No way! I've clicked through some of their workstreams. They've been setting up the overworld/lobbies to be actually functional, they seem to have everyone's hitboxes and attack animations roughed out and the backgrounds are coming together nicely.
This feels like one of the few Kickstarter games that has been actually progressing and keeping in contact with their donators.
Also, most of the things people post on KS are mockups, they show the internal functionality in their streams.
