This has been said time and time again, this falls on the Wonderbolts, and Equestria's airspace administration to have set up a no-fly zone.

If I, and my fize friends fly a hot air balloon into a military testing zone and almost die. Is it the military's fault?

Did Twilight file a flight plan? Did she do anything to ensure her own safety while she was flying into a military airspace? No.
