Music is better when it comes from the heart anon. The heart. Sure those fandom-hoppers make some pretty funky tunes, but the true music is from those who got inspired by the show to make it, not the ones chasing a quick buck. And although many have moved on to lead different lives, hopefully the show will continue to inspire more people to create, and if not we still have some classics to listen to and remember fondly.

Art is still pretty big, I'd say. Derpibooru always has lots of stuff, even some good art once in a while. Music was huge in 2011 and 2012, but dropped significantly after that, and died in 2015 (the latest original pone song I've heard was the Slim Shady parody, which was made in early 2015.)
