Well this is the part that alters my perception.
I don't want to have sex at all.
I don't like much being touched, I don't want to have kids (so the risk of getting her pregnant would be constantly there).
I can barely take care of myself, much less of a kid.
However in Equestria, there is a chance, maybe somehow, I can find a cure.
Then I can think of having kids, since they wouldn't carry this curse.
If that's the case, then I would gladly form a family.

My shrink told me there is no cure already.
There is 50/50 chance that the illness is passed down. I can't take that risk. The worst is that you can't even know if the kid is ill but after it is born and some years pass.
