Green-banded broodsac (Leucochloridium paradoxum), a kind of parasitic worm that turns a snails eye-stalks into a pulsating "Eat me" signal so that the infested snail gets eaten and the worm can continue it's life-cycle.
So that 'leech' is actually IN the horn. It's a bit unsettling.
