Found the problem. Try and lighten the tone a bit. You probably can't suddenly have the poners throwing pies and shit like in the show, but players will probably be more comfortable with things like rubber bullets and smoke bombs than they will with use of deadly force.

By analysing the answers to your prompts and realising what the audience cares for at the moment and what on the contrary doesn't matter at all.

Are they only acting? Are they trying to build relationships? Are they trying to solve a problem?
Does what you write answer to this? Do you give them options? Do they take only the options you presented or make their own? Is there something you wanted players to do that they ignored? Didn't find interesting? Are the players enthusiastic about doing a certain thing? Or is it a chore to get something more important? Are YOU having fun? etc...

Besides solving immedating and threatening problems, players act upon considering mostly two things:
- Their desires and own veiw of how the quest should go according to them
- Your presentation of the characters and situation and how you imply, intentionnally or not, that things should go according to the story so far

From this, you can get a good idea about what the players want to achieve, and plan how to make this intention into a worthwhile challenge/story/adventure/character building...

If you don't find this kind of momentum and that players simply answer to you post with Y/N/do what she said, then it's time to introduce new elements.

Its only problem is the QM was dead for months and is historically prone to being indecisive and bad at decision making.

Otherwise the art is nice, and the writing is actually pretty good, if a bit repetitive at times.
