Season 5 is amazing. Beautiful and perfect.
Season 6 is trash. Awkward and tedious.

Just watch some of season 5 and if you want to continue, do so.

S5, I think is the best the show has ever been, S6 has been only slightly less good, but it definately has its standout moments and the best stallion characters if you care about that.
