It gave them a running joke at my expense for about a month, then they stopped caring and my mom actually started watching the show.
They still tease me whenever we happen to be somewhere together and they see some merch with Rainbow Dash, since they know I can't stand her.

I haven't told them, but if I were to, one of two things would happen:
A) They'd label me as gay and kick me out of the family.
B) They'd tolerate it, but they'd feel the need to tell everyone that we know or meet about it.
Either way, I'm fucked, so I keep it to myself.

Me and my dad never really had a good relationship. He always told me to be a man even from an early age. Causing me to disregard most childish things. By the time I was found out I think he just gave up. Now I'm just a husk. I can't make any friends my age because they act like children. I can't date anyone my age. I became a social outcast. Dad...I don't know if he knows. Twice back when I first got on the ride in 2012 he caught me watching at particularly girly scenes and didn't comment, just went about his business. Never mentioned it or nothing. I think there's a bit of disappointment in him over the way my life has gone, but for reasons other than pony. If I told him about it he'd think it's weird, gay, and a waste of my time, but wouldn't say it outright, just say "Don't be telling anyone else, focus on school," yadda yadda yadda. My brother's a furry who's more open about it, so he already has that to dislike.

In short, if they know they never make it clear and probably don't think about it much.
