Last time I was around horses (at a wedding), they literally kept stealing bags of the things to munch on whenever people weren't looking.

Was an outdoor wedding and they had a snack table with chips and such for the kids, with the extra bags stored near the fence.

Came back after the vows and one of the mares was tearing through a jumbo-sized bag and the scraps of two others were scattered through the paddock with the other horses nosing around for leftover bits.

The couple's daughter told me they like corn pops (the cereal) too.
