Kinda, I think. Ponies only have 3 joints in the front legs I think. The shoulder, The elbow, and the wrist. The part where the pit is not a joint, which could help alot in understanding things.. uh as for the hind legs pretty good, joint wise, just push back hind leg knee up a bit. otherwise your alright. Pony a bit ribby too but thats a design choice.. not bad other wise

Analyzing the show alot can help with anatomy too. Just watching how pones function. Sometimes they will go into weird exaggerated poses that can really make for interesting little sketches.

Just wanted you to mind the perspective, as it seemed to be heading in a weird direction. Keep in where the horizon is placed, as well as the so called vanishing point. It's a bit difficult to explain in a single post, but searching the internet for "drawing in perspective" should yield in plenty of tutorials and explanations.

Your lines are very thick and shaky which is a sign that you're very, very heavy-handed. Keep in mind this a habit that can takes months to break. I would recommend being more mindful of the pressure you're putting on the pencil. Some times even holding the pencil further back from the tip will help you with that. You're also chicken scratching. Again, a habit that can take months to break.

It personally took me around 3 months of consistent practice to get rid of both bad habits. My heavy-handedness shows a bit when I'm frustrated with something or if I'm really tired but for the most part I have it under control.

If you haven't drawn shit in over 10 months then there isn't going to be much improvement. It -needs- to be a daily thing. People don't get as good as they do by not drawing. You draw that fluttershy. Great. Do it again. Try to turn her slightly or change the perspective a little. Learning comes through repetition.

I can't even properly critique you because of the very large gap since your last illustration. You need to post a few more works and sketches before I can properly judge what you need to work on. Pic related is what a typical practice sheet should look like. Lots of experimentation. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.

There are multiple resources in the OP as well as places like derpibooru. I hate to say this but 90% of learning to draw comes solely from the person wanting to learn. There's only so many walls of text I can type out that will help someone. No one can force you to practice.
