I wish this show had more appealing character designs and less

I really liked the character designs, but if you're complaining about the robot designs then I'll give you that.

Fafner is one of the few cases where the CG was a net positive for the series. Fafner never had particularly good 2D mecha animation.

I can see why, but you gotta divulge a little more. What would you think would be 'more appealing character designs'? Personally, I still find it a bit more palatable than crap like Teen Titans '03, but I guess that isn't saying much.

My absolute favorite scene in any giant robot show honestly. The emotions were so fucking high and the fact that they made me care about their relationship was such a miracle. I loved it. I loved this show.

Honestly wasn't expecting them to do anything with the basic bitch girl. That and the episode before it are the most stand out ones for me so far.
