Not him and I wouldn't hold Anno as disgusting for this personally, since it's just a silly ad campaign at the end of the day but Anno either directly signed off on this (unlikely) or empowered others to allow his signature series to be used in this way. You could ultimately hold him as responsible, since he (or his company) does own the Eva property if I recall.
