Not gonna tell you that it is a hidden gem or something. Is an ok film. Just think in the Hakaider movie, but with a little less action and a little more excuse of a plot. But I must admit, the multicultural group of villains, a team of mercenaries, is pretty fun to watch. Even more their boss, a old japanese military man throwing some gratuitous engrish now and then.

It's okay. Some interesting fights, but a pretty barebones plot, and ultimately felt like more could have been done. Not offensively bad or anything.
