If you can get past it the first one and S7 are pretty good, Skull Heart is fun.

Haven't gone past that, it isn't as fantastic as some people hype it but it is fun.

Crossbone derivative built by Jupiter that has V2's Wings of Light and can transform into flight mode. Wings of Light are incomplete, so its beam tech appears as ghostly flames.

Phantom gundam from the crossbone Ghost manga. It's apparently showing up in the gundam versus game finally.

Basically phantom is what happens when you take the Amakusa (A machine developed from a mix of a crossbone and jupiter empire tech) and mix it with an F99, but then fuck up the minovsky drive so it ends up only having half power and weird looking flames instead of proper wings of light. Also it overheats easily because Minovsky drive is hard to reverse engineer.

Yeah, ZZ has a disproportionate number of my favourite mech designs in the Gundam franchise.

Having another gundam action game with a playable Geymalk is my dream. GBU continues to rank extremely high for me for that very reason.

For that matter, I wish the GVs series would bring back playable Mobile Armors, if only for non-ranked play. I LOVED dicking around as the Quin Mantha and... uh, that one Zanscare mech that rides a flying saucer piloted by the GUILLOTINE lady - Zanneck, I'm pretty sure - in Next+. Sure, it required cheating and you could only do it in Free Battle, but it was a BLAST.
